Event Staff Department
*Must be 18 years or over to apply and a background check is required*

The safety of our guests and team are our top priority. Members of the Event Staff Department will be located throughout the venue – from the gates, to backstage, to the parking lots – some of the responsibilities include greeting guests at the gates, bag checks, screening for prohibited items, scanning tickets, and assisting guests to their seats and taking any guests that need special assistance to the designated areas. One main goal of this department is to recognize and deal with any issues that could be problematic before they escalate – whether they be seating issues, finding the closest restroom or dealing with an unruly guest. We are here to assist our guests and help them have a good time, all while keeping them safe.

Parking Department  *Must be 18 years or over to apply*

The Parking Department has a tremendous amount of responsibility, as well as a tremendous amount of FUN! As a parking employee, you are one of the first faces our guests see; and we all know how important first impressions are. For this reason, it is extremely important for our parking employees to be courteous, in proper uniform and fully prepared to assist patrons in any way possible. Responsibilities include directing vehicles as they park and exit, answering questions that our guests may have, and assisting with trash pick-up throughout the evening. The main goal in the parking lot is to maximize space and maintain safety by managing our traffic flow. Working in the parking department is a great way to pick up quite a few hours on a show day and have a nice break between ingress and egress.
